In addition, he has significant experience in handling arbitrations and administrative proceedings. These cases have ranged in value to amounts in excess of $100,000,000.00.
David Knight has also lectured extensively on trial law topics at the national, regional and local levels. Finally, David has served on many civic, charitable and social organizations, including those dealing with legal topics. For example, he is the past chair of the Florida Chapter of the American College of Trial Lawyers and Bay Area Legal Services (a pro bono organization devoted to providing free legal assistance to the indigent).
